Rate……$35/hour per staff member
(Minimum 4 hour shift per each staff member)

Travel Time…up to 10 klms from Central CBD Gold Coast free of charge

Extra Travel Time……$20/hour or part thereof per staff member over the 20 mins allocated at no charge
(There will still be a minimum shift of 4 hours on the job at the function site)

Overtime at the Function……If overtime is requested by the host/organiser it will be charged at the same rate of $35/hour for every 15 minutes of extra time for each staff member

A time frame for each function will be estimated and quoted prior to the function as close as possible to the expectations of the host/organiser, taking into account photos, speeches, set-up and clean up requirements.

Finger Food & Basic Bar Service

One staff member is recommended for every 15-20 guests to set up, serve the finger food and clean the kitchen area for up to a 4 hour period. 

* Conditions apply (For example: This does not include cocktail making, spirit mixing or extra jobs)

If no staff are required for your function we are happy to explain how to heat the finger food items and serve them. A $100 security bond on containers, heating equipment and service platters (if required) must be paid up front with full payment. The security bond will be returned when the equipment is returned or picked up at the earliest convenience.

Payment…… A Deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking.. Full Payment may be made by Direct Credit prior to the function date or by Bank Cheque or Cash on the day.
